This 22 storey development, by Norup and Wilson is being designed as an ultra-premium resort style apartment complex. Architecturally, Woods Bagot will again be designing the building, with FORTH providing engineering for all building services.
The ground floor is an entertainment hub featuring an eclectic assortment of cuisines and experiences. The one, two and three-bedroom apartments are located on levels three to seventeen. The next four floors are dedicated to the ultra-premium Sky Homes. The top floor is where the Sky Lounge is located which is for the exclusive use of the four floors of Sky Home residents. With the development application mandating Green Star requirements, the project requires the utilization of innovative sustainable design principles across all disciplines.
