Penguin International appointed FORTH as the Façade Engineer for this D&C façade package. The project, designed by JCY Architects and built by PACT Construction, comprises 2800m² of unitized curtain wall system plus 1300m² of perforated aluminium screen. A variety of façade areas required structural input, including strip windows, unitized curtain wall, atrium glazing, balustrades and the patterned aluminium sunscreens.
