Earthworks, stormwater drainage and infiltration design, pavement and car park geometry, crossover and kerb detailing, and the certification documentation required at each authority approval stage. Civil engineering is delivered as an integrated package alongside structure – one team, one set of levels, one model – eliminating the coordination risk that arises when these disciplines are split between firms.

Sanitary plumbing and drainage, trade waste systems including grease arrestors, potable hot and cold water reticulation, water heating plant, natural gas services, water metering and backflow prevention – designed and documented to NCC and AS3500 provisions. We coordinate hydraulic services with the building structure, mechanical and electrical layouts from concept stage, and provide BCA Part J7 documentation for building permit. Our wet fire capability covers hose reel and hydrant layout, sprinkler design and coordination with the project fire engineer.

New envelope design, performance engineering, remediation and recladding. Our scope includes unitised and stick curtain wall, structural glazing and glass balustrade systems, perforated and solid metal cladding, and the primary structure required to support them. Representative projects include 2,800 metres of unitised curtain wall at ECU Joondalup, the facade and veil design for UWA's EZone engineering building, cantilever glass balustrade systems on a full-height residential tower, and remediation of existing high-rise envelopes including a complete 40-storey facade replacement.

Our facade engineers include practitioners chartered as structural engineers in both Australia and the UK, with accreditation in finite element analysis and experience spanning structural glass, blast design and airport facade performance engineering.
