The refurbishment of the Claremont Hotel upgraded one of Perth's iconic suburban pubs. FORTH provided structural and MEP engineering; coordinating structure and building services to deliver a significantly improved hospitality venue alongside Fratelle. Completed in 2023; the refurbished hotel sets a new standard for the suburb's hospitality offering.
